That journey began in the United States Navy, where discipline, planning, and self-reliance became second nature.

Later came seven years living aboard a houseboat, learning firsthand how to manage limited space, conserve resources, and solve problems with what was available.

Those lessons continued during five years spent living in a fully remodeled church bus while building a home. Living simply meant every tool, every supply, and every decision mattered.

There were also nearly two years spent living off-grid, gaining practical experience with independent living, resource management, and adapting to unexpected challenges.

Along the way came countless camping trips, outdoor adventures, and years of teaching children that preparedness isn’t something to fear—it’s a way to enjoy life with greater confidence and freedom.

Those experiences shaped the philosophy behind PrepperMethod.
